The short version.
- Med Ride Platform is software for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) companies. Multiverse Techs LLC does not provide transportation or health care.
- Each subscribing company is responsible for its own trips, drivers, vehicles, billing and compliance with AHCCCS and other program rules.
- Text messages are account and operations notices only. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- How we handle information is in our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account, signing in, installing the driver app, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What the platform is
Med Ride Platform is multi-tenant software. Transportation companies subscribe to it to schedule trips, dispatch drivers, track vehicles, manage employees and drivers, run payroll and accounting, and prepare billing for health plans and state programs such as AHCCCS.
Multiverse Techs LLC provides the software only. We are not a transportation provider, a health care provider, a health plan or a billing agent, and we do not employ the drivers or own the vehicles of subscribing companies. Each company is a separate business, and one company cannot see another company's data.
3. Accounts and security
- The platform is available to businesses and their staff in the United States. You must be at least 18 to hold an account.
- Accounts are created by a subscribing company for its own staff and drivers. Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes private. Do not share an account. Tell your company admin or us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.
- Two-step sign-in may be required. We may record sign-in attempts, devices and locations to protect accounts.
4. Subscribing companies
A company that subscribes to the platform is responsible for:
- its trips, riders, drivers, vehicles and staff, and who it gives access to;
- the accuracy of what it enters, including mileage, signatures, Prior Authorizations, billing codes, claims and rates;
- following AHCCCS, health plan, Navajo Nation, state, federal and other rules that apply to its business, including driver licensing, background checks, insurance and vehicle requirements;
- getting any consent its riders, drivers and staff must give, including for the location tracking described in our Privacy Policy;
- reviewing claims and billing before they are submitted. The platform helps prepare them, but the company submits them and is responsible for them.
5. Health information
Rider records are treated as protected health information under HIPAA. Each subscribing company is the covered entity or provider responsible for its riders' information. Multiverse Techs LLC handles that information on the company's behalf, only to provide the platform, and under the terms agreed with that company. Users must only open the rider information they need for their work.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- enter false trip, mileage, fuel, signature or billing information, or use the platform to support a false claim;
- access another person's account, or another company's data;
- try to get around security, location limits, sign-in checks or rate limits, or test the platform for weaknesses without our written permission;
- copy, resell, reverse engineer or scrape the platform;
- upload malware, or use the platform for anything illegal, harassing or abusive;
- use the text messages for anything other than the account and operations notices described in section 9.
7. Driver app and location
The driver app records the driver's location from Leave Home until Return Home, and during a personal trip the driver started, including while the app is in the background. Mileage, odometer photos, fuel receipts and signatures captured in the app become part of the company's records. The app may ask you to install updates; an older version may stop working until it is updated. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Drivers must follow traffic laws and must not use the app in a way that is unsafe while driving. Map routes, distances and drive times are estimates.
8. Fees and payment
- Companies pay the subscription and any add-ons they choose at the prices shown when they sign up or add them. Prices may change with notice.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card numbers are not stored on our servers.
- Fees are not refundable unless the law requires it or we agree in writing. We may suspend a company whose payment is overdue.
- Drivers and staff do not pay to use the platform.
9. SMS program terms

10. Your data
Each subscribing company owns the data it and its users enter. We use it only to run, secure and support the platform for that company, as described in our Privacy Policy. Signed documents, trip reports and other records are kept as they were at the time they were made. A company that leaves the platform can ask for an export of its data before its account is closed.
11. Third-party services
The platform uses outside services such as hosting, maps, GPS trackers, text messaging, email and payment processing. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or errors. AHCCCS, health plans and other payers make their own decisions on eligibility, Prior Authorizations, claims and payments.
12. Our software
Med Ride Platform, the driver app, and their design and code belong to Multiverse Techs LLC. We give subscribing companies and their users a limited, non-transferable right to use them while the subscription is active and these terms are followed. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
13. Suspension and termination
A company may cancel its subscription at any time. A company admin may deactivate a user at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the platform or other users at risk, or is unpaid. Sections 5, 6, 10 and 14 to 17 continue to apply after an account is closed.
14. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it accurate, secure and running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that mileage, routes, rates, eligibility results or billing calculations will be accepted by any payer. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Multiverse Techs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, denied or delayed claims, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about the platform is limited to the amount the company paid us for the platform in the 12 months before the claim.
16. Indemnification
A subscribing company will defend and hold Multiverse Techs LLC harmless from claims that come from the company's transportation services, its drivers, vehicles and staff, the information it enters, the claims it submits, or its breach of these terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
18. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell company admins on the platform or by email. Using the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
